Junior Achievement (JA) Junior Achievement seeks to educate and inspire young people to value free enterprise, business and economics to improve the quality of their lives. Through age-appropriate curricula, JA programs begin at the elementary school level and continue through the middle and high school grades, preparing students for future economic and workforce issues they'll face.

Kauffman Entrepreneur Internship Program (KEIP) Thousands of undergraduate and graduate students learn about entrepreneurship by becoming immersed in the day-to-day reality of starting and running a business through the Kauffman Entrepreneur Internship Program. KEIP interns work side-by-side with successful entrepreneurs, learning from them and oftentimes contributing ideas to solve problems, increase productivity or save money.

Kidpreneurs The Kidpreneurs Konference is committed to developing the entrepreneurial potential of tomorrow's business leaders. It gives youngsters a step-by-step approach to business management. By the end of the Konference, children will have received a head start towards economic empowerment. Geared for children ages four through 18.

My Own Business, Inc, (MOBI) is a nonprofit organization committed to helping new businesses succeed in every community. To fulfill this mission, MOBI offers access to the free online version of its popular course.

National Coalition for Empowering Youth Entrepreneurs (NCEYE) The NCEYE is a network of youth, adults, community organizations, and business, education, and government agencies committed to advancing youth entrepreneurship. The Coalition promotes the development of entrepreneurial programs that empower youth to become effective leaders and business owners.

The National Collegiate Inventors and Innovators Alliance (NCIIA) The NCIIA is an alliance of faculty and students working to advance the teaching of invention and innovation in American higher education. Its mission is to nurture a new generation of innovators by promoting curricula designed to teach creativity, invention and entrepreneurship. The NCIIA offers financial support and networking opportunities. It also offers information and advice on entrepreneurial efforts, curriculum development, intellectual property and technology resources.

National Foundation for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE) NFTE's mission is to teach entrepreneurship to low-income young people, ages 11-18, so they can become economically productive members of society by improving their academic, business, technology and life skills.

Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE) Through a collaborative effort between business and education, SIFE Teams improve the quality of life and the standard of living around the world by teaching the principles of market economics, entrepreneurship, business ethics and personal financial success. The program is active on more than 1,000 college and university campuses in more than 25 countries.

United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (USHCC) USHCC has a Youth Entrepreneurship Program that offers students an opportunity to "shadow" entrepreneurs. The goals of the program are to increase self-esteem, help youth develop future-based decisions, provide economic literacy and acquire workforce readiness.

YoungBiz.com The mission of YoungBiz is to empower youth with entrepreneurial, business and financial skills through innovative education and real-world experience. The organization exists to help youth, primarily teenagers, take their decision-making skills and use them to make great financial and business decisions.

Young Entrepreneurs Network Young Entrepreneurs Network is an international community of young business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs. The network offers them a forum in which they can share their dreams, goals, experiences and resources.

Young Entrepreneurs' Organization (YEO) YEO is a volunteer group of business professionals, all of whom are under 40 years of age and are the owners, founders, co-founders, or controlling shareholders of a company with annual sales of $1 million or more. Youth Venture Youth Venture empowers young people to create and launch their own enterprises, and through these enterprises, to take greater responsibility for their lives and communities. This site provides information on getting started and examples of successful projects across the country. Geared toward students 12 to 20.

Future Business Leaders of America Future Business Leaders of America Phi Beta Lambda is a nonprofit 501(c) (3) educational association of students preparing for careers in business and business-related fields. The association has four divisions: FBLA for high school students; FBLA Middle Level for junior high, middle and intermediate school students; PBL for post-secondary students; and the Professional Alumni Division for business people, educators and parents who support the goals of the association.

California Virtual Enterprise CVE is a non-profit business simulation run by the Kern High School District in Bakersfield, CA. A Virtual Enterprise is a simulated business that is set up and run by students to prepare them for working in a real business environment. With the guidance of a teacher (“consultant”) and real-world business partners, the students determine the nature of their business, its products and services, its management and structure, and engage in the daily operations of running a business.
